Ashley Wurst

With over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry, Ashley brings a passion for beauty, creativity, and making every client feel confident and their absolute best. Beginning her career as a hairdresser, she continues to offer hair and makeup services for weddings and special occasions, with a special love for creating beautiful bridal looks.

In 2020, Ashley continued her education and became a licensed esthetician, expanding her passion into skincare and beauty services. She especially enjoys customized facials, lash extensions, and brow services, taking the time to understand each client’s individual needs and goals. For Ashley, beauty is about more than just the service—it’s about creating a personalized experience and educating clients on how to maintain their results at home.

A Bucks County native, Ashley loves being outdoors, traveling, spending time with her husband and their 3 boys, and, of course, cheering on her beloved Philadelphia Eagles.

Sierra Stroker

Sierra is a Bucks County, PA native who has been a licensed hair stylist and esthetician for over 4 years. She has been a service contractor with Smart for over 3 of those years. She is currently focused and hair and esthetics for people across the local area. Sierra specializes in natural makeup, glamourous makeup, and airbrush makeup. 

Sierra loves to help people get ready for their special wedding day from pre-wedding preparation like facials, waxing, and lash extensions through the actual wedding day with formal and bridal hairstyling and makeup application. Sierra loves to say that she is here to make your special day flawless.  

Stephanie Eck

Stephanie has been a licensed esthetician for two years and began her career at Smart Cosmetic & Skin Studio just two months after receiving her license. Since then, she has continued to expand her knowledge and skills through ongoing education and training. She provides a variety of services, including customized facials, waxing, brow laminations, brow and lash tints, and lash lifts, with a special focus on lash lifts and brow services. She is also currently expanding her expertise by training in lash extensions.

Stephanie’s attention to detail and perfectionist mindset are at the heart of her work. She takes pride in creating precise, customized results while making sure every client feels heard, comfortable, and confident in their skin.

 Helping people to feel their absolute best by enhancing their natural features, bringing out their confidence, and creating an experience is what she strives for with each client. Her goal is for each client to leave feeling refreshed, beautiful, and genuinely cared for.
