Meet the Team

Ashley Wurst

Ashley has been working in the beauty industry for about a decade and has been a service contractor with Smart for over 2 years. Her love for makeup and hair began in her early high school years and in 2014 she became a professional makeup artist and learned the real concept of highlighting and enhancing one’s unique beauty.

Through her 9+ years she has gained experience in wedding hair & makeup, photo shoots, & proms. 

Ashley's mission is to continue her education in the beauty industry and expand her services while always staying updated with the latest trends in fashion, skincare, and cosmetics.

Outside of Smart, Ashley also helps out with her family business while she raises her 3 boys with her incredibly supportive spouse by her side. In her free time she enjoys traveling, cooking, visiting the beach, and good wine with good friends.  

Katie Baker, BSN, RN, CRRN

Katie is a talented Registered Nurse who loves meeting new people and sharing her skills, education, and experience to leave others more confident and happy than when they met her. Katie has been a service contractor with Smart for over 3 years. 

Utilizing an artful eye, Katie loves doing Botox and filler in a natural way to enhance beauty and reverse the aging process. Driven by results, fibroblast, dermaplaning, and microneedling are her favorite non-injectable facial treatments that produce visible, beautiful outcomes. Katie has trained with Jodi Swartz, RN, LE and advanced training with Allergran and Galderma. She is also an Advanced Certified Fibroblast Specialist

Outside of Smart, she also works as a Traumatic Brain Injury Certified Rehab Nurse. She’s a wife to her husband, Steve, and together they have 5 boys, 2 dogs and a cat. Katie prioritizes balancing her enthusiasm for family, health, and career as life moves so quickly. 

Sierra Stroker

Sierra is a Bucks County, PA native who has been a licensed hair stylist and esthetician for over 4 years. She has been a service contractor with Smart for over 3 of those years. She is currently focused and hair and esthetics for people across the local area. Sierra specializes in natural makeup, glamourous makeup, and airbrush makeup. 

Sierra loves to help people get ready for their special wedding day from pre-wedding preperation like facials, waxing, and lash extensions through the actual wedding day with formal and bridal hairstyling and makeup application. Sierra loves to say that she is here to make your special day flawless.
