Summer is great for us. Our skin? Not always.
After months of heat, humidity, sunscreen, sweat, and more time outside, you may be noticing that your skin just doesn’t look or feel the way it did a few months ago.
Maybe you’re dealing with more breakouts, clogged pores, dryness, redness, or dark spots. Or maybe your skin just looks a little… blah.
That’s pretty normal. All that summer exposure can leave your skin needing a little extra attention.
So what should you do now?
September is a great time to get your skin back on track. Focus on keeping it hydrated, gently exfoliating away buildup, and using products that support your skin instead of overwhelming it. It’s also a good time to take a look at your skincare routine and see what’s actually working.
And if your skin needs more than a new moisturizer, this is a great time to consider a facial or other treatment to help get things back in balance.
One thing that doesn’t change with the seasons? SPF. Keep using it every day!
Summer may be over, but your skin doesn’t have to show it. Let’s get that fresh, healthy glow back.
